The typeface SISYPHUS Sans designed by Bian Shuyao from Li Xiang & Xing Chen’s team was deemed as Finalist in Macau Design Award 2021. SISYPHUS Sans is attempted to be fit in both text and display context, which is like rolling the boulder from both sides of a hill.

Founded by the Macau Designers Association in 1994, the Macau Design Biennial is a historical and professional design competition that has been held for 12th editions. Since 2017, the Macau Design Biennial has been officially renamed as "Macau Design Award”. MDA focuses on the recognition of designers and clients, the promotion of design concepts, the communication of regions and also continues its tenet: discovering design talents and setting up a cultural exchange platform.
