Self-care-led spending has become a mainstream consumer trend among women. This shift is pushing a new wave of upgrades and reinvention across intimate-apparel brands, with ubras among the most influential.

Founded in 2016, ubras has ranked No. 1 in the lingerie category across major online platforms for five consecutive years. Starting with its category-defining innovation—the Smart Size / One Size bra—ubras has continued to invest in material and technology R&D, expanding from bras into a full range of intimates including loungewear and light shapewear. In parallel, to support more women in growing with comfort and freedom, ubras has steadily built out its offline presence, and—with a global outlook—achieved full-channel coverage across online and offline touchpoints.

As new challenges emerge, we upgraded the brand’s visual system to help ubras evolve from a lingerie brand for adult women into an all-ages women’s lifestyle brand; from a local lens to a global perspective; and from focusing on individual women to embracing a broader female community.

“US” is formed from the first and last letters of the brand name, and we wanted the monogram to precisely embody ubras’ philosophy. Every woman is an independent individual—and every woman who is real and resilient together forms “us.” Recognizing that today’s women are no longer defined by body anxiety, we used refined, elegant lines to capture a sense of ease and confidence, making the beauty of comfort and freedom more tangible and felt.
The expansion of ubras’ user base, product categories, individual lines, and usage scenarios also brought new challenges to the brand’s evolution. We developed an all-new brand color system for ubras—rolling it out across products, packaging, sales channels, and marketing environments. As a result, across multiple consumer touchpoints, the new color toolkit keeps the brand’s tone highly consistent.
